












Manfield Newsagency has been a family run business since 1963.
John Manfield Established Manfield Newsagency in 1963 in what is now the Salvos shop, behind the Adelaide Oval, opposite the Womans and Childrens Hospital.
Eventually moving to McLaren Vale, the Newsagency and TAB in those days was opened in a small shed, before Building a small complex for the newsagency run by John and Christine.
Once the McLaren Vale Shopping Centre was built, John moved the Newsagency to the position it is today.
Then in 2003 John Manfield Retired and Johns Daughter Christine and husband Lee Morgan purchased the business.
Through their community involvment since purchasing the Newsagency, Lee and Christine have raised over $30,000.00 for the local community and national charities through fund raising drives, Sales of the Entertainment Books and the purchase of a "Money Spinner".
Manfield Newsagency also runs the Local Westpac Bank, located at the back of the Newsagency as an added service to their Customers.
